How did a CPA and risk management executive become a leadership and career coach, photographer, and social entrepreneur? There are days when I wonder this myself, but as I look back on my career, all the signs were there – it just took me 18 years to piece them all together. As Soren Kierkegaard once said, "Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards."
I have always been passionate about learning and creativity, yet somehow along my career journey, I lost touch with who I was. When your values aren't aligned with the work you're doing, and you're not fully utilizing your skills and talents, your confidence begins to chip away – at least that was the case with me. That is why I am committed to helping my clients find meaningful careers that are aligned with their unique values, skills and life experiences.
Having reinvented my career at the age of 40, I have made it my mission to help others do the same, and to share the many lessons I have learned along the way.
If you're thinking about making a career change, I'd love to chat with you to see how I might be able to help.
