You might be wondering how a CPA and risk management professional become a leadership and career coach, photographer, and social entrepreneur. There are days when I wonder this myself, but as I look back on my career, all the signs were there – it just took me 18 years to piece them all together!

When I founded Creaity, one of my main goals was to make coaching and career development programs much more accessible. As someone who reinvented his career at the age of 40, there are so many questions that I wished I had asked (or been asked) much earlier in my career. It took me a while to figure things out, including many weeks feeling stuck, doubting my abilities, and wondering if I made the "right" decisions.

That is why I am so passionate about launching this program. I want to share all the knowledge and tools that have not only inspired me on my own career journey, but that have empowered so many of my clients on theirs. As someone who is passionate about social change and innovation, I want to use my platform and resources to support purpose-driven professionals in driving meaningful change in the world!

Program Schedule


The next offering of the program will run from June 17 – July 30, 2023.

Program materials will be released weekly and we recommend that you set aside 2-3 hours each week to complete the online learning modules and related assignments.

Live group coaching sessions will be held weekly – normally on Thursday evenings from 7-8pm EST.
