Our Principal Consultant

Michael Kobrin

CPA, CA, CEC, ACC

Michael is the founder and CEO of Creaity and is also an instructor and head career coach in the Intercultural Skills Lab at the Rotman School of Management. As a CPA, certified coach, and professional facilitator, Michael offers a unique and creative approach to strategy, learning and organizational change.

Michael has worked in a number of large global organizations, including EY, Deloitte, and OMERS, and his expertise spans multiple business functions from learning and development to finance and risk management. Michael has extensive finance and real estate expertise. He previously held a number of senior leadership roles at Oxford Properties where he led transformational change across Oxford’s learning and risk functions. He was responsible for building Oxford’s first learning and development function which later became an OMERS Centre of Excellence.

Michael brings over 25 years of experience across a wide range of industries and has a history of designing and implementing practical and scalable learning, finance and risk management programs. While Michael's career path may appear unconventional, it has been driven by a singular purpose – to build more inspiring, creative and human workplaces.
