Our journey.
An unwavering belief in human potential and the power of change and transformation.
Creaity was founded in 2015 as a learning and coaching company with a simple mission: to empower human potential. We wanted to help people recognize the value they bring, build on their strengths and see new possibilities for themselves. Over the years, that took us in different directions—from career development and coaching to building learning programs for organizations.
Along the way, we worked with people at different stages of their careers, including internationally-trained professionals trying to find their footing in a new job market. We saw first-hand how much talent is being lost, and how difficult it can sometimes be to translate skills into new opportunities. We also saw how much the world of work was changing, and how those changes were creating unique challenges for both individuals and organizations.
The rapid growth of AI has brought these challenges into even sharper focus. Much of the attention is on new technologies, automation and the skills people need to use them. But there’s another important part of the conversation: how do we help people think creatively, solve unfamiliar problems, adapt, keep learning and navigate changing career paths?
We saw an opportunity to bring these ideas together. Organizations need to understand and develop the human capabilities that complement technology. Individuals need support to recognize their strengths, build relevant capabilities and see where new opportunities might lie.
This is the space Creaity wants to fill. We bring together deep business expertise, future-of-work insights, and learning and coaching tools to help organizations and individuals prepare for what’s next —with a focus on the human capabilities that matter most in a changing world of work.

We want to help create a world of work where everyone has the opportunity to participate, realize their potential and explore new opportunities. Where people can build on their strengths and develop the capabilities to contribute, and organizations can strengthen their ability to solve problems, adapt to change, innovate and develop their talent.

We help people develop the capabilities to navigate change, keep learning and pursue new opportunities, while helping organizations build the human capabilities they need to meet today’s challenges and prepare for tomorrow.

Our future will depend as much on human capability as technology.
AI and technology are changing work at an extraordinary pace. Organizations are investing in new tools and responding to emerging skills demands, but too often development follows the latest priority rather than a longer-term view of the capabilities individuals and organizations need to build.
We believe human capabilities deserve far greater attention. Creative thinking, problem-solving, adaptability and emotional intelligence are not optional extras or “soft” skills. They are essential to navigating uncertainty, solving complex problems, and responding to challenges we cannot yet anticipate.
The future of work needs to combine technological progress with the power of human potential. Creaity bridges these two worlds, putting human growth and potential at the heart of these conversations.
Meet our founder, Michael Kobrin.
CPA, certified coach, photographer and fellow human.
Creaity was founded by Michael Kobrin whose unconventional career path has spanned finance, risk management, organizational development, learning and coaching.
With experience at EY, Deloitte, OMERS and Oxford Properties, Michael brings a strong understanding of how organizations operate, the challenges they face and what it takes to build new capabilities.
Alongside this corporate experience, Michael has spent more than a decade helping individuals recognize their strengths, explore new possibilities and navigate their careers as a coach, consultant and educator. Michael has built engaging learning programs for multiple organizations, and was the head coach in Rotman’s Business Edge program, an innovative career and leadership program for internationally-trained professionals.
This combination of perspectives shapes Creaity’s approach today: connecting the changing world of work with the human capabilities and potential that will help people and organizations move forward. Michael is passionate about social impact and building a world where career and human skills development are accessible to everyone.
Michael is a CPA, Associate Certified Coach (ACC), holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, and is a graduate of the Executive Program in Social Impact Strategy at the University of Pennsylvania.
